FAQs for Suppliers

EVTech is the Business and Product procurement platform for the Vehicle Electrification Community. EVTech365 enables you to showcase your brand, your products and services, access industry insights and keep up to speed with the latest developments in the industry.

If you would like to become a Member and have your products and services listed, please contact us and a member of the team will be in touch.

Once you have become a Supplier, you will be given login details to access your company section. You can also log in by clicking on “Log in” in the top navigation bar.

You can upload the following company information to your profile

  • Company Name and Description
  • Header Image
    • Minimum Dimensions:1500 x 840px
    • Maximum Dimensions: 4000 x 2250px
    • Recommended Ratio: 16 / 9
    • Maximum File Size: 5MB 
  • Company logo
    • Minimum Dimensions: 300 x 300px
    • Maximum Dimensions: 2000 x 2000px
    • Recommended Ratio: Square
    • Max File Size: 5MB
  • Website address (URL)
  • Company video (less than 50mb) or video embed code (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo)
  • Company PDFs
    • Allowed File Types: PDF
    • Max File Size: 10MB
  • Social media links

  • Product Name and Description
  • Product images
    • Minimum Dimensions: 1500 x 840px

If you are a company admin, you will have access to your company profile with your email address and password you created when setting up the account. If you are yet to complete your Supplier profile page or want to edit your product page, you will see both options on the homepage of your account. Likewise, you will also see the side navigation bar menu to the left of this homepage where you can also access the company information or product directory pages.

To access the product directory for your profile, you can either select ‘Edit Products’ on the homepage of your account dashboard or locate ‘Products’ on the side navigation bar to the left of your account dashboard. Once on the ‘Products’ page, you can either add new products or edit and delete existing products. All products visible on this screen should be live on the website.

If your products aren’t visible on your company profile on the website but are present in the backend of your profile – please don’t hesitate to reach out!

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘login’ button and then click on ‘forgot password’. You can then enter your email address and a link will be sent to you so you can reset your password.

You can change the products/services you have listed, but you can’t add more. Each new product will have to replace what you have already uploaded once you have uploaded 5 products.

EVTech365 is a new business directory and product sourcing platform for the Vehicle Electrification Community. EVTech365 allows you to discover vehicle electrification technology products and services through our comprehensive directory of leading companies, recent mergers, and new businesses from across the globe. Whether you are adding products to your ‘favourite’ list or researching a company that offers a solution to a particular engineering or technical issue, EVTech365 brings the industry to you.

To access the content on the platform, you simply need to register (it is free!). Registration is fast and straightforward, requiring only your First Name, Surname, Job Title, Company and Email Address.

Once registered, you will be able to access the platform at any time on desktop, tablet or mobile devices. Please note that full access will be available from May 2022 only.

If you need to reset your password, go to the sign-in page and click the button ‘Lost your password?’ – a link will be sent to you so you can set up a new one. Just make sure to check your junk/spam!
